The severity rating system is as follows:
Low/No Severity: Simple bug fixes that don’t affect sales/production (ex: Need text changed on an About Page)
Medium Severity: Errors that limit the use of your site, but don’t affect sales/production. (ex: One of the menu items isn’t working)
High Severity: Production/Sales affected. (ex: My contact form isn’t working)
Critical Severity: Reserved for the highest importance of issues. (ex: My entire site is down)
