The severity rating system is as follows:

Low/No Severity: Simple bug fixes that don’t affect sales/production (ex: Need text changed on an About Page)

Medium Severity: Errors that limit the use of your site, but don’t affect sales/production. (ex: One of the menu items isn’t working)

High Severity: Production/Sales affected. (ex: My contact form isn’t working)

Critical Severity: Reserved for the highest importance of issues. (ex: My entire site is down)

Submit A Ticket

Support is available to customers only. Ticket response time can take up to 24 hours Monday through Friday and can be longer on the weekend. Complex questions may take longer, and all questions are answered from oldest to newest except for mission critical failures.

  • Please describe your issue with as much detail as possible. Include site and hosting logins if necessary.
